Pan de completo, also known as pan copihue, is a soft, elongated Chilean bread similar to a hot dog bun but slightly denser and sturdier. It has a light, fluffy interior and a smooth, lightly golden crust, designed to hold traditional Chilean completos without breaking or becoming soggy. Its neutral, slightly sweet flavour makes it the ideal base for fillings such as sausages, avocado, tomato, mayonnaise, and other classic toppings.
